The Spinning® program is the original and most popular group cycling class. It’s not just because Spinning® is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, getting in shape can be a lot of fun.
Spinning® is suitable for all levels of fitness, and classes are structured to allow everyone to take part and achieve a goal in each class.
Classes are energetic 50 minute sessions of moderate to intense physical activity. Using stationary bicycles in a gym setting, this is an instructor led form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery. These classes accommodate a range of client fitness levels in the same session, so lack of experience is not an issue.
We encourage all our clients to use a heart monitor in our Spinning® classes. It will enhance your workout and ensure you are reaching your target goals for each workout. It also puts you in control which is the most important factor.

The bikes have multiple adjustment points to ensure a comfortable position is achieved.
Sessions can be demanding, but are rewarding, as participants can burn up to 500 kcal per session.
